Hi there, my name is Kristin, and I am a clinically trained herbalist, horticulturist, and wellness professional with more than 15 years of experience working with plants. I integrate traditional herbal wisdom with modern, evidence‑based practice. My clinical training spans Western and European Herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Unani-Tibb, Vitalism, and Medical Astrology, with accredited certifications from The Herbal Academy, the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, and David Winston’s School of Herbal Medicine. I am also a dedicated member of the American Herbalists Guild, and I hold myself to a high standard of integrity, ethics, and lifelong learning.
My herbal path began with a personal transformational healing experience that awakened a deep commitment to herbal medicine and to the body’s innate ability to restore itself. That experience continues to shape the way I help others cultivate self‑awareness, prevention, and meaningful transformation that touches upon the mind, body, and spirit.
Currently rooted along the Delaware River in Historic Bordentown, New Jersey, I draw inspiration from the preserved woodlands and the enduring relationship the Lenape clans held with the land—an echo of my own belief in nature as medicine. My daily life reflects the principles I teach, weaving together movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and food as medicine. I feel most at home outdoors, often camping, hiking, and foraging throughout the Northeast with my family and pups.
My work integrates time‑honored herbal traditions and contemporary insight to support healing that is grounded, authentic, and deeply connected to the natural world.
