Kristin is an herbalist, horticulturist, and wellness professional devoted to supporting balance across body, mind, and spirit. Her journey began with a personal healing experience that awakened a lifelong commitment to herbal medicine and the innate capacity to heal. She now helps others cultivate self-awareness, prevention, and meaningful transformation in their wellness journeys.
Rooted along the Delaware River in Historic Bordentown, she draws inspiration from the land and from the Lenape clans, whose deep relationship with nature mirrors her belief in nature as medicine.
With more than 15 years of experience working with medicinal and therapeutic plants, Kristin blends traditional wisdom with modern, evidence‑based practice. She holds Clinical Herbal Certifications from the Herbal Academy, the School of Evolutionary Herbalism, and David Winston’s Clinical Herbal Medicine program, with training across Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, TCM, Vitalism, and Medical Astrology.
A dedicated member of the American Herbalists Guild, she embraces lifelong learning and integrity in her work. Her daily life reflects her values—movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and food-as-medicine. She feels most at home outdoors, exploring the northeastern woodlands with her family and pups.
