Due to the intimate nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns except in extenuating circumstances. We're enthusiastic to communicate with you about any issues you might be having and how to make it right, so please connect with us with any concerns or issues as soon as possible.

We can accept return requests within 14 days after receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. This means that the plastic shrink seal is unbroken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that custom formulations and special orders cannot be returned.

Payments for consultations sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable however I am happy to reschedule booked sessions under special circumstances with 24 hours prior notice to the scheduled session.

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@trinityherbs.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
