Herbal Consultations: Working Together 1:1

My practice is grounded in a whole‑person, systems‑based clinical framework, recognizing that effective care requires attention to physical, emotional, and environmental factors rather than a narrow focus on disease. I integrate conventional and botanical approaches, using each where most appropriate to support your innate capacity to restore balance and good health.

A Different Kind of Healthcare Experience

Working together may feel different from what you’ve experienced in conventional settings. Herbalism is not a “fix‑me” model of care. It is a collaborative, relational process that invites curiosity, participation, and a willingness to explore the deeper patterns that shape your health. Instead of matching a symptom to a remedy, we look at the whole landscape of your physiology, lifestyle, stressors, and lived experience to understand what your body is saying. Plants are complex, intelligent organisms with their own chemistry, energetics, and personalities. Working with them is a relationship — one that unfolds through attention, respect, and an understanding of how their gifts interact with your constitution and your unique story. Herbalism is, in many ways, a practice of listening: to your body, to the plants, and to the subtle shifts that occur over time.

What to Expect in Your Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation provides a structured, supportive setting to review your health history, current concerns, and the factors influencing your well‑being. We’ll explore patterns, root causes, and the broader context of your symptoms. In addition to the guidance we discuss during your session, you will receive written recommendations that can include individualized herbal formulations and may also include supportive considerations for diet, lifestyle, and supplements. Because herbalism is a form of slow medicine, sometimes change often unfolds gradually and meaningfully. Follow‑up sessions allow us to track shifts, adjust formulas, and deepen your understanding of your body’s responses. Your engagement matters — not in a burdensome way, but in a way that empowers you to participate actively in your own healing.

How We Meet

Appointments are available by phone or Zoom, though in‑person consultations are preferred when feasible to support a more comprehensive assessment. I currently see clients part‑time in Bordentown, NJ, and New Hope, PA. The address and directions will be sent to you after scheduling, along with an intake form and any additional information needed for your visit. My intake process is holistic and may include questions you’re not accustomed to being asked in conventional healthcare — digestion, sleep, stress patterns, emotional landscape, menstrual health, and more. The more complete the picture, the more precisely I can tailor your herbal support.

Herbal Remedies & Sourcing

Consultation fees do not include the cost of herbs or supplements. These may be obtained through my partnered dispensaries or sourced independently, and we will review the most appropriate options during your visit. I work primarily with locally grown or ethically sourced herbs — sometimes from gardens I tend myself, from trusted growers, or from carefully chosen suppliers. Knowing where the plants come from, how they were grown, and the integrity of their preparation is part of the medicine.

A Collaborative Path

Herbalism is a partnership. I bring clinical training, plant knowledge, and a systems‑based understanding of the body; you bring your lived experience and your willingness to engage with the process. Together, we create a path that honors your body’s intelligence and the healing potential of nature.

    Testimonials

"I was gifted Trinity Herbs Elderberry Elixir and it is by far a superior product in comparison to other Elderberry syrups I have tried.  Every herb listed on the ingredient list could be experienced in just one Tbsp.  It’s the perfect blend to help soothe the on set of whatever bug that was attacking me whether it was in my head or body.  I would not hesitate to give this to my step children, it tastes more akin to a thick seasonal syrup than medicine."
