Consultations
Your first session serves as a thoughtful and comprehensive starting point for exploring where you are in your healing journey with care and clarity. We'll talk about what's going on in your life, your health concerns, and your health history. During the session, we will begin to uncover patterns unique to you and make connections across multiple healing modalities and traditions.
After your consultation, you will receive a personal protocol that may list appropriate herbal formulas (e.g., tinctures, teas, glycerites), diet, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions. Every suggestion is made with thoughtful consideration of your current health, ensuring safety and harmony with any medications or medical conditions. Follow-up sessions are encouraged and recommended on an as-needed basis. If it turns out we're not a long-term fit to work together, we’re happy to refer you to another specialist who may be a better fit for your needs.
Herbal medicine is individualized and personal. We formulate our products using therapeutic-grade herbs and extracts found in Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. We may also recommend vitamins, minerals, and other supplements to support your wellness needs and goals. Please note that consultation fees do not include the costs of herbal products, supplements, or custom formulations, as these are specifically tailored to each client and may vary in cost. Herbs and supplements will need to be purchased separately, either independently or through one of the compounding apothecaries we work with. We’re happy to provide recommendations.
Sessions are available by appointment only. Consultations via phone or Zoom are available. In-person sessions are best when possible. Current pricing is as follows:
- Initial Consultation (ALL NEW CLIENTS) – 90 minutes $111
- Standard Consultation – 60 minutes $88
- Follow-Up Sessions – 30 minutes $44

Follow-ups are generally recommended 1 to 3 weeks after initial and standard consultations, and as needed for existing clients. 30 minutes - $44
