Consultations

Your first session is a gentle, spacious opportunity to explore where you are in your healing journey. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life, your health concerns, and the experiences that have shaped your wellbeing. Together, we’ll begin noticing the patterns unique to you and draw from multiple healing traditions to understand what your body is asking for.

After your consultation, you’ll receive a personalized protocol with herbal formulas—such as tinctures, teas, or glycerites—along with supportive diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations. Every suggestion is made with care, keeping your current health, medications, and comfort in mind. Follow‑up sessions are available whenever you need continued support or guidance.

Herbal medicine is deeply individual. Formulations are crafted with therapeutic‑grade herbs and extracts from Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and may be complemented with vitamins, minerals, or other supportive supplements based on your goals.

Please note that consultation fees do not include the cost of herbs, supplements, or custom formulations. These are purchased separately, either on your own or through one of the compounding apothecaries I partner with.

Sessions are available by appointment and can be held by phone or Zoom, with in‑person consultations offered whenever possible.

• Initial Consultation (new clients): $111 – 90 minutes
• Standard Consultation: $88 – 60 minutes
• Follow‑Up Session: $44 – 30 minutes
