I'm a plant person and dedicated herbalist passionate about holistic wellness and the natural balance of systems for integrated wellness. After having my own transformational healing journey and forging my herbal path, it has become my deepest intention to share my knowledge and to support others along their journey as well for true holistic healing and long-term, sustained wellness.
Currently residing along the Delaware River in Historic Bordentown City, New Jersey I'm often walking in the same footsteps as the Lenape clans, the Original People of the Lenapehoking, known for their spiritual connection with the natural world. Since I was very young, I've preferred roaming in nature and being outside more than spending time indoors. Living here affords me to continue these ways on a daily basis. Being outdoors and connecting with nature brings out the best in me and always feels like returning home.
My professional background is in horticulture, and I embarked on my journey into herbal medicine in 2014. I am a Certified Herbalist through The Herbal Academy, The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, and David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies. My formal training includes Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Vitalism and Medical Astrology. I am a current member and support the American Herbalists Guild (AHG).
On a personal note, I'm a dedicated yogi and enjoy cooking nourishing broths, soups, and stews above all else. Proper nutrition is a daily priority for me. I also enjoy spending free time camping, hiking, and foraging throughout the northeastern woodlands with my family, pups, and friends. I'm a free spirit and daily grounding in nature is essential for me.
My practice embraces offerings that honor and integrate ancestral traditions into our modern world, guiding everyone on their journey toward healing, balance, and restoration. My goal is not only to help you feel better but to also inspire self-awareness, growth, and meaningful change within yourself.
Growing up in the Northeast fostered our grassroots love and passion for all things in the nature kingdom. And by sticking close to those roots our professional backgrounds include working in horticulture as naturalists, growers, and fine gardeners with several years of combined experience.
Our experiences have enriched us with keen eyes and knowledge for sustainable foraging, collecting, growing, and wildcrafting. We grow and gather many herbs and forest mushrooms ourselves and also source a wide range of herbs from fellow herbalists and quality, sustainable, organic herb farms. We source locally first because we believe it's extremely important to know where and how your herbs are grown and how they're handled and processed to ensure the best quality and bioavailable therapeutic benefits possible.
