Hello! I'm Kristin—a horticulturist, herbalist, and wellness specialist passionate about holistic health and the natural balance of systems that support integrated wellness. My journey into herbalism began with a transformational healing experience, leading me to forge a lifelong path in herbal wisdom. My deepest intention is to share knowledge and support others on their journeys toward true holistic healing and sustained wellness. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, but to inspire self-awareness, growth, and meaningful change from within.
Living along the Delaware River in Historic Bordentown City I often walk in the footsteps of the Lenape clans—the Original People of the Lenapehoking—known for their deep spiritual connection with the natural world. Since childhood, I’ve felt most at home in nature, preferring wild, open landscapes over indoor spaces. Being here allows me to stay rooted in those ways every day, and reconnecting with nature always feels like returning home.
My formal training includes Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Vitalism, and Medical Astrology. I am a Certified Herbalist through The Herbal Academy, a graduate of the Vitalist Practitioner Program at The School of Evolutionary Herbalism, and a (close) graduate of David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies two-year clinical herbal medicine program. I am also a proud member and supporter of the American Herbalists Guild (AHG). My practice embraces ancestral traditions and science, bringing them into harmony in our modern world.
On a personal note, I’m a dedicated yogi who finds joy in crafting nourishing broths, soups, and stews—proper nutrition is a daily priority for me. In my free time, I enjoy camping, hiking, and foraging throughout the northeastern woodlands with my family, pups, and friends. A free spirit at heart, I find grounding in nature essential—it’s where I feel most alive.
Growing up in the Northeast nurtured our deep-rooted love for the natural world. This connection shaped our professional paths, leading us to work in horticulture as naturalists, growers, and fine gardeners, bringing together years of hands-on experience.
Through these experiences, we’ve developed a sharp eye and extensive knowledge in sustainable foraging, cultivation, and wildcrafting. We’ve personally grown and gathered a variety of herbs and forest mushrooms while also sourcing high-quality, organic herbs from fellow herbalists and sustainable farmers.
We believe that understanding where and how herbs are grown, handled, and processed is essential to ensuring the highest quality and most bioavailable therapeutic benefits possible.
"I was gifted Trinity Herbs Elderberry Elixir and it is by far a superior product in comparison to other Elderberry syrups I have tried. Every herb listed on the ingredient list could be experienced in just one Tbsp. It’s the perfect blend to help soothe the on set of whatever bug that was attacking me whether it was in my head or body. I would not hesitate to give this to my step children, it tastes more akin to a thick seasonal syrup than medicine."
