I'm a plant person and dedicated herbalist, passionate about holistic wellness and maintaining the natural balance of systems for long-term, integrated wellness. I sincerely believe these are the three main fundamental pillars in everyone's innate being. After having my own transformational healing journey, it has become my goal to support others along their journey as well for true holistic healing and sustained wellness.
I currently reside along the Delaware River in Historic Bordentown City, New Jersey walking the same footsteps as the Lenape clans, the Original People of the Lenapehoking, known for their spiritual connection with the natural world. Since I was very young, I've preferred roaming in nature and being outside more than spending time indoors.
My formal training includes Traditional Western Herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Vitalism and Medical Astrology. I am also a member and support the American Herbalists Guild (AHG).
From an Astro-Herbalism perspective I am a 7-point 12th House person with my Sun, Moon and Ascendant in Gemini. Yes, all Gemini! And being blessed with this dominant trait and thought speed in the "house of enlightenment and introspection" I am balanced, grounded and naturally guided intuitively in both my personal journey and in my work.
More of my personality traits include being named an Indigo, Guide, Intuitive, Way Shower, Lightworker, Enneagram 4 and 2 (creative, empath, sensitive, highly attuned healer), Projector in Human Design and predominant dosha as Vata (Vayu). I generally avoid using titles or labels to describe me and the work that I do being simply grateful for having an open connection with the divine and the natural world in order to offer opportunities of awareness and healing to the collective.
On a more personal note, I'm a dedicated yogi and enjoy cooking nourishing broths, soups and stews above all else. Proper nutrition is a daily priority for me. I also enjoy spending free time camping, hiking and foraging throughout the northeastern woodlands with my family, pups and friends. I'm a free spirit and daily grounding in nature is essential for me.

Growing up in the Northeast fostered our grassroots love and passion for all things in the nature kingdom, and by sticking close to those roots our professional backgrounds include working in horticulture as naturalists, growers and fine gardeners with 25+ years combined experience.
Our experiences have enriched us with keen eyes and knowledge for sustainable foraging, collecting, growing and wild crafting. We grow and gather many herbs and forest mushroom ourselves, and also source in a wide range of herbs from fellow herbalists and high-quality, sustainable, organic herb farms.
We source locally first because we believe it's extremely important to know where and how your herbs are grown, and how they're being handled and processed to ensure the best quality and bioavailable therapeutic benefits possible.
Some of our current partnerships include (but are not limited to!) Herbalist and Alchemist, Bluestem Botanicals, Oshala Farms, Zack Woods Herb Farm and Mountain Rose Herbs.
"I was gifted Trinity Herbs Elderberry Elixir and it is by far a superior product in comparison to other Elderberry syrups I have tried. Every herb listed on the ingredient list could be experienced in just one Tbsp. It’s the perfect blend to help soothe the on set of whatever bug that was attacking me whether it was in my head or body. I would not hesitate to give this to my step children, it tastes more akin to a thick seasonal syrup than medicine."
