A consultation with a clinical herbalist offers the space to explore ALL aspects of your health.

A consultation session with me is not a one size fits all approach. I am happy to work with you exactly where you are in your personal healing journey.

This is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and discover new ways to bring the encouraging gifts of nature's medicine into your life every day for healing, growth and transformation. You may be new to this practice and have questions on where to begin or need confirmations for what you've already started. I am here to help.

The initial consultation session provides the foundational intake process, and the information gathered helps in my analysis which spans across multiple modalities and medical systems. It includes time for health and history review together, plus additional time after our session for my additional research, analysis and formulation. I also cross reference herbal actions specific to your needs, noting any contraindications, especially if you are currently taking prescription medications or have been diagnosed with a medical condition. Once an initial session is complete, we can continue working together with follow-ups and standard consultations as needed.

Consultation sessions do not include the cost of herbal products or supplements I may make for you or specifically order in because herbal formulations are unique to each individual which can vary greatly. All formulations are made with high quality, therapeutic grade herbs and extracts used throughout Western Herbalism, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical systems. 

Individual consultations are currently being offered on a part-time, seasonal basis and my schedule may change. Please reach out to me if you're not easily finding a slot in my calendar. When looking to book your initial consultation, please review and complete the Health & History Form prior to your booking. It will provide the best use of our session time together. If this is not an easy option for you, we can review and cover some of this information together during the initial session time. I may also ask you to complete this form again if it has been 18 months or longer since we last worked together.
